Return Policy
Our laptop sleeves are specially made to order based on the chosen design. Each product is produced on a print-on-demand basis. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to accept standard returns for reasons such as a change of mind.
Please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings, lighting conditions and printing processes.
However, returns or replacements are possible in the following cases:
- The laptop sleeve arrives damaged.
- There is a manufacturing or printing defect in the design.
- You have received the wrong product.
In these cases, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
Reporting a problem
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@lapsleevz.com
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and issue.
Return conditions
To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must be unused and in its original condition.
Return process
To start a return, please email us at contact@lapsleevz.com with your order number and issue detail.
We will review your request within 5 business days. if your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions for the return or replacement process via email.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
